Today was a big improvement.My gym friend Hairi,he thought me all I nid to know about body building.He is 18,malay,born and live in australia but got australian and singapore citizenship.He is under 18 National Australia Soccer team.Wah,I get to know a somebody sia.Tommorow going gym again after school and then hangout.Wooo!

Busy,busy,busy and Tired,tired,tired!
Everyday busy.Wake up,breakfast,go school,have lunch,go gym,have dinner and then hangout.Tired tired. Stop smoking for now, smoking and body building just doesn't suit each other.Sorry my lungs. Since just now i go sheesha at haji lane and never workout.So I must payback.Yea workout at 2.30 in the morning. Ohyar,Naruto is back. Cheers!

The 2nd day of my workout turned out well. Get to know alot of friends.Tommorow heading to gym again and hopefully Hairi(New Gym Friend) come gym so I can train proper and harder.

Eat at Vivo.Never use free ticket as my fren is a fren of the bouncer.Started of abit slow,quite boring.After drink share 5 jugs.Thats when the party started.Get 2 chicks.The 1st one is i help carry her down from the podium.Then 2nd one,i use my balls and came up to her and ask her to dance with me.The rest was all random girls.End at 4.Very shag.Slack outside vivo.Then took 855,i sleep all the way until the bus driver must wake me up.
